1. The Tool
"Postador Corte Seco" (the "Tool") is a private desktop application that uploads and schedules videos to the YouTube channel CORTE SECO. It is used only by the channel owner, on their own computer. It is not sold, offered or distributed to the public.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You only upload videos, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails that you own or have the rights to use.
- You follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies for every video uploaded through the Tool.
- You keep your OAuth token and client credentials private and do not share them.
4. Access and revocation
Access to your channel is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen and can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
5. Privacy
How data is accessed, used, stored and deleted is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is", without warranties. Uploads depend on YouTube's availability, quotas and policies.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
